Return & Exchange Policy
Once an order is placed it is not refundable or exchanged. Our wallpaper is measured as per the measurements provided by the customer. All orders are custom made and hence cannot be returned unless received in damaged or incorrect order.There will be no refund for customer dislike or error in measurements by the customer.
Please do take care when installing the wallpapers or hiring someone to help with the install, as we are unable to compensate installation fees from third parties or take responsibility for installation errors. The product must be checked for any potential errors before the hiring of any third party, as we cannot accept any cancellation fees in the event that the product is not fit to be installed.
House of Ikari is not responsible for any error that may be the result of incorrect method of installation or mishandling of the product after delivery.
- The products that are damaged as a result of incorrect method of installation are not considered to be faulty.
- The customer is liable for the product until it is received safely at our return address.
- Returns are not accepted after the merchandise has been cut, treated or processed in any way.
Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our workshop. However, if your order(s) is damaged during shipping or an incorrect order is delivered to you, please follow the instructions hereinbelow:
1).We only replace a damaged or incorrect order, if informed within 2 working days from receiving such order(s). If you would like to request the same, please write to us at contact@houseofikari.com with the order number and details for the reason and photo proof of the damage or incorrect order.
2) The refund would be initiated once we receive the damaged or incorrect order (s) in its original packaging and seal with the original order number. Please make sure that the order is in its original form as shipped to you.
The refund would be processed after inspection of the damaged or incorrect order. Once inspected, the refund would be initiated to the bank account within 14 working days provided by the customer used while placing the order.
3) In case you want to return your “damaged or incorrect order (s) product back to us, you will need to bear the applicable shipping and handling costs involved in the process. House of Ikari will not be liable to bear any shipping and/or handling costs involved in returning the product order back to the company.
